They live up to their ratings, I explained the problem wrong so it seemed like I was having trouble with the plastic cover for the engine and they recommended I get the part and replacing myself (I was shocked that they were that helpful) But the problem ended up being with the cylinder head and they recommended a welder that can fix aluminium
