I recommend this place! I used to go to Greg's tires until Greg's transferred hands in the same family and they refused to cover my warranty. I got my new set of tires mounted, balanced and an alignment for less than my last place and it's been great drives straight down the road no problem. Update i just got my new tire put on and it was less than I thought this place is a total recommend they will save you money
These guys are awesome!! Great service, quick, friendly, and they don't rake you over the coals with a bunch of additional fees like some other tire places do. This is where I go every time for all my tire needs. Highly recommend!
I tried to balance the front wheels here, after the balancing vibration did not go away, a few days later I came again, the guy who balanced my wheel started blaming me that I should have come that same day. I asked him to balance the rear wheels and recheck the balancing of the front ones, he said that for some reason the front wheels were unbalanced, he balanced them again - the same result, the vibration was still the same. I Just called about 10AM this morning & called about used tires, originally the person on the phone was rude & passive aggressive but chalked it up bad connection, Long story short when I asked him on a brand of the specific used tired he made it seem like it was a ton of work to tell me a manufacturer or a price, he said he wouldn't bother checking it on a used tire.( he already went to physical check the size) Honestly this person needs better customer service skills/ company. I do tire road service out of San Rafael. I had a customer stuck on the side of the freeway with a blow out. They had the tire I needed at an excellent price. Customer service was amazing. Would recommend to anyone and I will use them first every time if possible. 8/13/21
