If there was a minus star that is what they would get. Went in to get an inspection on 1989 Chevy Silverado they would not do inspection. They stated the pickup had to have a catalytic converter. Told them well it passed inspection last year and nothing had been done to the exhaust. I crawled under the truck and there was the catalytic converter! Needless to say I went somewhere else and got the inspection done! They apparently don’t know what a catalytic converter looks like! Good job KINGS TIRE SERVICE you just lost a cust... read more
Tina and Justin were amazing. I was in a bind, leaving for Florida and I had a flat. The tires unbeknownst to me were showing cord. I had to end up replacing the tire. Justin did an amazing job helping me pick the tires I needed. The reason I am writing this review is because EVERY PERSON working there were first and foremost concerned with my families and I safety on our trip. There truly really cared and you dont find that to often anymore. Thank you again
Asked them to be carful and not scratch my wheel because I just recently purchased the truck and the wheel is black so it would be very noticeable! Picked it back up to a deep scratch and very noticeable! Told me they didn’t do it! I don’t know how else it would’ve got there since it wasn’t there when I dropped it off!
Got taken advantage of today at Kings tires. Princeton wv. Needed a inspection sticker. Was told I needed new tires which I really don't think I needed. Only had 37,000 miles on my jeep. I'm retired and don't drive that much. I said I would like to go to walmart and get my tires. He told me he would have to put a rejection sticker on it if I left. I told him I guess I have to and to put the cheapest ones on it. Well. They put 4 new tires at almost 600 and lug nuts I wasn't told about for 233. Must have been the most expensiv... read more
