Great little shop, very friendly and knowledgeable.
We recently installed a pool in the summer and started getting our chemicals at King's Pool Supply. We were knowledgeable and helpful for those things. At the end of the summer we reached out to ask for a quote for a Commercial Pool Cover and were told they were backed up but they would put us on the list to come out and do a measure and provide a quote. This is quite possibly the worst most irresponsible company I’ve ever worked with!! I’m outraged. I should sue this company. They have been servicing my pool for about a month. They come every Friday. I called them last week and told them the pool seems too chlorinated. They claimed they didn’t add any chlorine. They serviced it again this past Friday.
