No update in over a month and vacuum still not fixed I took my filter queen vacuum here to repair a switch and a cord. They had to order the parts, so I was told that it could be as long as 3 weeks. It has been over 5 weeks now. I've called twice now for an update, and every time I've been told that the parts are PROBABLY back ordered, but she didn't know for sure and would call me with an update. I've never been called back and still have no vacuum.
