The owner of the store seem to be very interested in being on the phone rather then helping out the customers...her attitude wasnt very pleasant

Bad customer service, the older lady who barely assist me was on the phone from time I walked in till the time I walked out. I only used this place to have a machine repaired due to short notice of a project I'm working on. I rather drive 1 hour or more to spend my money else where going forward. First and last time.

Poor management here. My mom dropped off a sewing machine for a basic cleaning. The man working said it may take a few weeks, but we didn't hear from anyone. Six weeks after we dropped it off and many calls without answer or voicemail we decided to stop by the store. They had changed location and left no number just an address (that is at least 20 minutes in the direction that we just came from).
