Worst airbnb host, pet hair, only a Murphy bed, cot in a walk-in wardrobe. No bueno. Stale scent. DO NOT DO AIRBNB HERE:(

I stayed in Kings Run condominiums August 2025, had a negative experience, there was an extortion attempt of 5k. The host has since deleted his listing and has it listed under a different host. The listing says two beds but there is only a Murphy Bed. When I stayed there the second bed was in a closet. Beware of this Airbnb listing.

The worst experience with Arbnb and a host I've ever had. Do yourself a favor and avoid the same experience. After booking and getting the address I found out the property location has 2.9 stars instead of the 4.75 stars listed on Arbnb. When I tried to message him to cancel the booking within 15 minutes he immediately became hostile, defensive and defiant, refusing to refund. Do not stay here. We were excited to stay here for 3 nights but our stay quickly took a turn for the worse. Regarding the property: First off the whole property has got to be at least 40-60 years old. The parking lot is run down. Looking at the style of paint, and the texturing of the walls, and the lobby of this place. This place was once used as an office building and then somebody later on came in and converted them into condos. The place was mostly up kept but you can see the age in everything. It's old, it's quiet, great location, it's old. It's very old. Worked great for our stay but I don't think we'll be back.
