I stayed in Kings Run condominiums, unit #64 1300 Regency Way, Tahoe Vista, CA 96148 for three nights, unit c/o Ryan Meinzer (the Fly Tahoe Hydrofoil Passenger Ferry Lake Tahoe CEO guy). Holy hell! It was shabby cute, not at all as advertised though. Definitely a misleading advertisement (illegal). It is actually a STUDIO with a Murphy bed; a fridge, microwave, cabinets and oven to the side (not a full kitchen). The "second bed" is a walk-in closet with a small single mattress which is also illegal and not up to California B... read more
