Love staying in the unit block. Uninterrupted views north and west with spectacular sunsets. Great heated pool. Beach and tram nearby. Easy place to use as a base for getting around the Gold Coast.

Residential only, the best of the Golden triangle! A block from the beach, on the Canal, beside the dog park. On the light Rail and 5 min walk from Tedder Ave. Yet, quiet and Leafy in its own 5 acres of garden.

I loved living at Kings Row Centre. The location was ideal, overlooking the canal and a block away from the beach. The apt was extremely spacious with a wrapped around L shaped balcony which was perfect for enjoying many morning coffees and brunches. The building's managers were on top of things and has never let us down when it came to repairs or issues alike. You wont be disappointed if you're looking for a relaxing and friendly place to live.

As an American living in Australia, my standards are extremely high and I'm picky. I have to say Kings Row Centre delivered. This apartment quickly became my sanctuary.
