If you want a “contractor” to stand around eating while his single worker does part of the job- then this is your guy. He will disrespectfully yell at you on your property if you do not pay him cash in full before he is even done the job… then when called out throws a hissy fit- and doesn’t finish the job anyways. What was “finished” is the old facia and eavestroft reattached to look fixed… but was told he would be installing new materials- which he did charge us for.
