We recently contacted the clinic as my wife was experiencing continuous dental pain, and we requested an urgent appointment for both a check-up and treatment. Despite the urgency, we were given an appointment three days later. Upon arrival, we were told that only a check-up could be carried out, as only 15 minutes had been booked — no time was allocated for actual treatment. As a very anxious patient, I have been so reassured by dentist Joana Veiga, who is kind, calm, and explains everything in detail. I felt really listened to and I now don't fear the dentist. I hope she doesn't leave too soon, as this is the first dentist who has really taken care of me. Thank you Joana!
