I have NEVER had such a DIFFICULT closing EVER. Completely dropped the ball. Never got a notary lined up. We ran our printer out of ink trying to print the 200 Pages they EMAILED US. Told us to just go get it notarized at a UPS store. Thank God I had a friend who is a notary and used to work at a bank. She found MISTAKES in the paperwork AND places we missed tagging for signing. If we had a PROFESSIONAL as promised my husband would not have had to spend 5 hours printing, tagging etc. Absolutely RIDICULOUS. If you are NOT loc... read more
