In August 2025 I engaged Kings River Plumbing (Jeffrey Hagopian, owner) to perform licensed irrigation sprinkler installation work at the Reedley College Dental Building Demolition Project. We agreed to a total rate of $170 per hour — $100/hour through SoCal Removal payroll (with taxes withheld) and $70/hour to Kings River Plumbing.
