It's saddening to have to report the poor service and inflexibility with my order, while being a frequent customer ( which is now a former actuality). After a recent distasteful encounter and experience at the King's #1 Family Restaurant on Lyons Avenue, Irvington, NJ, it has undoubtedly led to the fork in the road! It proves that an establishment requires more than a large menu to satisfy its customers. SERVICE must be reasonable and justifiably fair on ALL frontiers!
