I bought an expensive VRF system from Kings. The follow-up after installation has been less than stellar. The attic unit was leaking water down the side of the house, and they hadn't caulked that spot. When they were fixing the drip, I asked them to caulk as well. I didn't see them with caulking equipment so as they left, I asked whether they had caulked. They lied. They told me they had caulked and they had not. I did it myself. I had a great experience with Kings Refrigeration for a repair for my Fujitsu heat pump. They were able to schedule a service call very quickly, then got the part and promptly replaced it. They were excellent to deal with and I really appreciated how quickly they were able to schedule me in. I highly recommend their service.
