Seamless and excellent experience from start to finish. Rodrigo was incredibly responsive at every step and very kind and efficient to work with. His team did a fantastic job and worked quickly. Very pleased and would rehire.
King's Refinish did a great job on our deck and fence. The crew worked really hard; sanding the deck was laborious. Rodrigo communicated with us really well, especially since the wet Pacifica weather caused complications in the schedule.
Stop looking--just hire Kings Refinish. I got 4 quotes. Rodrigo's was ~15-20% cheaper, but that's not why I picked him. He came across as someone who cares about the work--and it showed. They did stain samples, power-washed twice (schedule/weather shuffle), adjusted to my calendar, and worked around SF's unpredictable weather. I needed a reliable company to spruce up our 10 yr old, 1000 sqft ipe deck. I met three of them, and all felt solid. Kings Refinish came in with the lowest quote so we hired them for the job. They did a great job. The communication with Rodrigo was simple, his team was on time, moved the furniture off the deck, and then back on, and even cleaned up the windows that got water stains on them after the water jet cleaning. I would not hesitate to hire them again.
King’s refinish did 3 or our decks- and did a thorough, high quality job. They power washed, sanded and stained. Communication was clear and friendly (and we had a lot of it because SF summers are wet- so we had to reschedule a few times) The workers, I only met Oscar, were professional, detail oriented and cleaned up afterwards. I highly recommend King’s Refinish.
