Nightmare to get through - incorrect numbers on the web.
Unhelpful, sometimes patronising, rude staff. A general unwillingness to listen to the point where I do not trust these people with my health.
rude staff, phone gets picked up and then hung up immediately, general lack of respect. they have benn unable to offer diabetic monitoring for over 5 weeks and are no closer to resolving the matter. practice will happily overule consultants wishes if they think they can save a couple of quid. practice seems to put money and cost cutting over patients medical needs.
Hopeless, rude and generally unhelpful. My daughter (home for easter from uni) couldn't even get to see a doctor for tonsillitis after seeing the pharmacist who told her she needed antibiotics. She had to fill out all the new patient paperwork for temperary registration. They didnt seem to understand that her previous surgery, was with them for 19+ years. So told to get hold of the nurse at the uni. (They are on Easter break ) or wait till she goes back and see them (two weeks away). Then told her to go to the walk in centre... read more
