I went in for an oil change, and met a fantastic individual in Olivia Androit. While waiting for my service to be completed, I couldn’t help but over-hear her conversations as she took care of issue after issue. Her knowledge and sense of urgency are quite remarkable! Well done Olivia!

I have been taking my Fords to Kings Quick Lane rather than the nearby dealer for The Works periodic maintenance package because it’s quick and easy to find and schedule an appointment within a day or two of when I want one - if not the same day, and the wait time to get the maintenance service completed is very quick (usually less than 45 minutes).
