I have been taking my Fords to Kings Quick Lane rather than the nearby dealer for The Works periodic maintenance package because it’s quick and easy to find and schedule an appointment within a day or two of when I want one - if not the same day, and the wait time to get the maintenance service completed is very quick (usually less than 45 minutes). Was very quick and helpful !
Olivia was very friendly when I walked in the door. I was greeted with a smile and welcome. She was quick to get all my information and get the process started. She was terrific. It was a pleasure to deal with her. She knows customer service. She could teach the service writers at the dealership on how to treat customers!!! I will be going back to Olivia for future service needs. I will also bring my other cars to her for service. Great job!!!!
