Olivia was very friendly when I walked in the door. I was greeted with a smile and welcome. She was quick to get all my information and get the process started. She was terrific. It was a pleasure to deal with her. She knows customer service. She could teach the service writers at the dealership on how to treat customers!!! I will be going back to Olivia for future service needs. I will also bring my other cars to her for service. Great job!!!!

Always fast service. Olivia Andriot the Quick lane manager is such a pleasure to work with. Olivia is the reason we drive past other dealerships to go to kings, her professionalism and her personality and more importantly her attitude is the reason why we don't like to go anywhere else. All of those qualities I mentioned are hard to find nowadays. I have always taken my car to Quick Lane for an oil change. The staff there is super friendly and are willing to help you schedule the service that best fits your needs! Olivia is the young lady that I have always talked to when scheduling my vehicle services and she has always had an attitude as if you were talking to a friend. Nice and attentive to your needs. Her soft caring voice always made it easy to get my car scheduled in. I will continue to bring my car to have the export staff tend to it.
