I’m only going to this shop going forward — no doubt about it!! I had a flat tire and was stuck in a really stressful situation on the side of the road when these guys completely came through for me. They walked over to my car and came out to inspect my car first - letting me know I needed a new tire And showed me where it tore. King’s Quality went beyond out of the way to help fix my car to get us home safely to Montana after breaking down traveling. They were accommodating and willing to help in anyway. Even offered to take us to get food. I would recommend them to anybody in North Bend, WA. Good and trustworthy people. Grateful that they helped us during a crisis and got us in the road to our kids.
They just did unexpected work on my Honda Odyssey and were fast, thorough, fairly priced and very sweet. Gary brought me back to show me how broken my catalytic converter was. They send photos and give updates. Family vibes and people who truly care. I highly recommend this shop.
Gary and the crew are friendly and complete the detailed work order that they supply before any work is done. Sure there are times they will find other things wrong with the vehicle after taking some of it apart but that is very helpful. They also sold our extra car in a fast and fair manner.
Highly recommend! I recently had two vehicles serviced at King's, and the service was amazing. They diagnosed my truck's HVAC issues and repaired it in a timely manner, and under the original estimate amount! Prices are fair and reasonable. I'll definitely be back. It's nice to have a local mechanic you can trust.
