Stephanie and the team at Kings were so amazing!! I would highly recommend anybody go see them if they're having any kind of issues with their vehicle. I was having some issues with my car I brought it in, they were able to give me a ride home while they looked at it. They did some tests to it but unfortunately they had no power or Internet because of the storm so were unable to do the needed additional tests and fix it. I have been taking all of my cars to King’s for the past few years. Not only are their prices fair, but they are always able to fit you in in a very reasonable amount of time. They communicate very well - the last time I was there, Dante even took a video during the repair process to keep me informed. I’ve never seen a dealership do that! I’ll definitely keep bringing my business there
Alan, Gary and the whole team went above and beyond in getting me safely back on the road after an unfortunate series of events leading to a blown radiator. Not only did they get my vehicle back on the road, but they looked after me as well, assisting with a ride from the airport upon my return to the Pacific Northweat to pick up my van and housing when additional repairs were needed to ensure my safe return to CO. Terrible service, terrible work, crooked people. Lied about the issue on my car to overcharge, and will not fix real issue or refund. They put over 200 miles on my car (I have photos of the odometer) and returned with an empty gas tank (which I filled a day prior) and a completely empty coolant reservoir. They lost my spare keys not once, but twice (one time giving them to someone else entirely). They also deliberately lied multiple times, saying that jiffy lube caused the issue not them. Dante and the team were amazing. I was driving through and my under plate ripped off. Their Google reviews brought me in and I was not disappointed! Kind, friendly service and they fixed me up quick and didn’t even charge me for the quick help. I would recommend them highly and I’ll be back if we have issues again as we drive through often from the Tacoma area. Thank you Dante!
