Gary truly went above and beyond for us. We would have been stranded in North Bend with three young kids if not for Gary at King’s Quality Auto stepping in to fix what our mechanic in Seattle had missed. We then proceeded to drive our car several more hours on the highway at night - with confidence that we weren’t going to end up in a ditch. We recently had our car serviced at King’s Quality Auto Repair and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Alan was the technician who helped us and he went above and beyond. With the arrival of our first child, safety was top-priority for us. Gary and the crew are friendly and complete the detailed work order that they supply before any work is done. Sure there are times they will find other things wrong with the vehicle after taking some of it apart but that is very helpful. They also sold our extra car in a fast and fair manner.
My husband and I bought our daughter a used car for her 18th birthday. We were so excited until we found out it was having brake issues. We took it to another place before going to King's and they said they fixed it. They did not unfortunately. I had heard so many wonderful things about King's and decided to take it in.
