Highly recommend! I recently had two vehicles serviced at King's, and the service was amazing. They diagnosed my truck's HVAC issues and repaired it in a timely manner, and under the original estimate amount! Prices are fair and reasonable. I'll definitely be back. It's nice to have a local mechanic you can trust.
They just did unexpected work on my Honda Odyssey and were fast, thorough, fairly priced and very sweet. Gary brought me back to show me how broken my catalytic converter was. They send photos and give updates. Family vibes and people who truly care. I highly recommend this shop.
Gary truly went above and beyond for us. We would have been stranded in North Bend with three young kids if not for Gary at King’s Quality Auto stepping in to fix what our mechanic in Seattle had missed. We then proceeded to drive our car several more hours on the highway at night - with confidence that we weren’t going to end up in a ditch. Urgent care wouldn’t start, they managed to take my car and repair the problem even though they were very busy. Stefanie (owner) was so nice and kept me up to date with the progress. I highly recommend them. They are now going to be my go to car mechanics.
