I’m only going to this shop going forward — no doubt about it!! I had a flat tire and was stuck in a really stressful situation on the side of the road when these guys completely came through for me. They walked over to my car and came out to inspect my car first - letting me know I needed a new tire And showed me where it tore. Highly recommend! I recently had two vehicles serviced at King's, and the service was amazing. They diagnosed my truck's HVAC issues and repaired it in a timely manner, and under the original estimate amount! Prices are fair and reasonable. I'll definitely be back. It's nice to have a local mechanic you can trust.
King’s Quality went beyond out of the way to help fix my car to get us home safely to Montana after breaking down traveling. They were accommodating and willing to help in anyway. Even offered to take us to get food. I would recommend them to anybody in North Bend, WA. Good and trustworthy people. Grateful that they helped us during a crisis and got us in the road to our kids.
They just did unexpected work on my Honda Odyssey and were fast, thorough, fairly priced and very sweet. Gary brought me back to show me how broken my catalytic converter was. They send photos and give updates. Family vibes and people who truly care. I highly recommend this shop.
Gary truly went above and beyond for us. We would have been stranded in North Bend with three young kids if not for Gary at King’s Quality Auto stepping in to fix what our mechanic in Seattle had missed. We then proceeded to drive our car several more hours on the highway at night - with confidence that we weren’t going to end up in a ditch.
