Was met with hostility and flailing arms when inquiring why my total was $160 more than I was quoted. I couldn't care less about $160 in the scheme of things, but could have done without the uncomfortable exchange. Perhaps all their little fees, protection plans, disposal fees, tiring not being fully warrantied, rim costing $100 more than we were told were all valid. I don't know. Transparency would have been appreciated.
After spending 1600+ on tires here, I've had nothing but issues. The Toyota garage told me they were bad tires specifically and I've felt very uncomfortable in the shop dealing with anything. One tire has had countless issues. Here's my charge yesterday for a valve stem that blew off my tire. Having problems is when they get grumpy.
Kings pro tire has provided great service for many years. They are quick and reasonably priced for service and new tires! I highly recommend them.
