The care I received was good, however the delays and wait times are massive.
My experience was EXCELLENT at King's Point Medical! I met with Dr. Shawna Stafford who addressed my issues and concerns in a timely, compassionate, knowledgeable and absolute professional manner. I cannot praise Dr. Stafford enough for her detailed explanations, time she spent ensuring we understood our options and was open to any and all further questions. WE never felt rushed. Would give zero stars if I could. My daughter waited 6 months for her appointment. We got there early so we made sure we wouldn't be late (Our call). She was then called and had her appointment pushed back 45 mins (not too bad, totally understood) when we went inside for her appointment, we waited another hour and a half before she got in. Then when she saw the doctor, he talked over her, didn't listen to any of her concerns, and just brushed her off trying to get her out as quickly as he could. Extremely disappointed.
