I live in a new building in Yardley on the corner. When I first moved here, there were outside cracks on the walls of building. And Mold throughout the condo.. I contacted the property Management company and the board of directors for my building. The outside walls cracks were fixed.. five years later one of the cracks is opening up and either it's a new crack or it was missed the first time but I am having water intrusion in my walls again. This current board wants to say it's the window. Which a contractor said it was not.... read more

I’ve lived here almost 2 years living on the fourth floor excellent view over the lake area. It’s an adult community but you’d be surprised how young people are. I think the minimum age is 50 or 55 but you could be younger and if you’re with somebody older, you can move in that way the gym is unbelievable. They have a complete theater for entertainment. Their billiard room is awesome. Everything is well maintained and your HOA is not outrageous. If you’re looking to downsize it’s worth taking a look.
