I really enjoy coming to Kings point Club house. They have AMAZING programs for seniors. It’s a very happy, friendly environment. You never will be bored here! Vicky is extremely nice, friendly and love how she helps the residents and the vendors.
It’s a wonderful magnificent place to retire. My parents lived the best years of their life there. Those were really their golden years.
A little hidden gem 💎 in Tamarac..it's like living in a village filled by wonderful neighbors whom u can't help but to get to know each other through the amazing clubs , events, physical therapy, aqua, theater etc..etc..I live in Staycation on daily basis 😀 💙
If you’re in the market for a condo for an elderly parent or relative, please beware of Kingspoint in Tamarac. My aunt and cousin attempted to buy a condo cash and were denied by the board for a reason not listed on the rules and regulations. It was blatant discrimination. The board is no longer hiding that they don’t want a diverse community. It took 47 days to be told they were denied with a very vague reason.
