Far too expensive, charged £400 plus VAT to drain the boiler which took about 20 minutes. Would not recommend. The company did contact me after posting this and apologised. They explained it was a new plumber at the company who incorrectly charged me and offered a refund for the work done.

Did a great job unblocking my sink which had been causing me problems. It was fixed in very reasonable time. Would highly recommend!
Communication was quick, however on arrival a guy shows up in a car joggers and trainers. Not very professional but can't judge a book by its cover, the gentleman could not give me a cost sent a picture to the office to get a reply £429 for 2 valves on a radiator and to re-pressure the system rang them up and out of 3 individuals could not justify to me why an hours work was costing £300 in labour that's a full days labour, in my industry (electrical) so I politely refused their service, paid the call out and got a proper pl... read more
