The plumber charged me £490, although we agreed on a price of £290 over the phone. This is a clear case of bait and switch. The price was not agreed upon, and I feel misled and overcharged. I would not recommend this company.

Called overnight about a leaking pipe. Got put through to someone who was very glib and aggressive. Despite being told "No", he continued to call and call. Had to block his number. The call wasn't even answered with Kings Plumbing & Heating. I'd give no stars if I could.
