GREAT TEAM WORK Mr. James guided me through the process of what was going to take place. He and his team came out to assess the issue and gave me the resolution. Once the problem was found, he informed me that he would need to leave and return once the new water heater was available for installation. They returned within a week to remove my old water heater, hauled it away and installed my new one. American Home Shield sent them to do some plumbing work to my home. After calling a week they finally showed up to do the work. After 2 Hurricanes they were supposed to cone finish the work and they had all sorts of excuses. My home is still full of holes that they made and never returned to fix. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
Still having issues! I went through my home warranty company... they came with No hose long enough, no Shovel, no gas in the compressor no electric cord etc. This second time I'm on day 8 and after days of excuses, I called a local plumber.
Truly the worst company I have ever dealt with under any circumstance. They promise to show up and then never do. I have been trying to get my repair completed since August! The Home Warrenty company (American Home Shield) is making me use them. It is beyond painful and frustrating. They have stood me up 8 times!
