What difference GREAT service makes! My doctor didn't call in my script until 03:45pm - on New Year's Eve. Yes, right before everyone was ready to go home for the holiday. What is worse is that the script I needed normally takes over an hour+ to make (chemical dilutions, draining, etc...). Everyone in the facility wanted to go home and be with their loved ones (and rightly so).
