Go somewhere else. Not only are some (not all) reception staff unfriendly but doctors that dont take u seriously! I was coming here for my childhood but once I reached adult hood I saw dr wells. Who wasn't actually listening to my issues and concerns and instead trying to force birth control on me which was unrelated to my issues and what i was in there for. I wouldn't suggest going to see her at all. Nor alot of the other doctors here which ive had similar dismissive experiences with. Also very very expensive and just not w... read more
Dr Mathers is kind, understanding and knowledgable. My sons and I have seen her for years, and I always feel confident with her treatment choices and clear explanations. And if she’s ever booked out or away, the other doctors have also been excellent
Rudest receptionist I have ever spoken to
I only started attending this clinic when my Dr. moved from another practice. They are so rude and money hungry it is absolutely disgusting. Twice in the last 3 months I have had to do telehealth with another doctor because mine was on leave. Both times she wasted my time and charged me full price. Judging by the symptoms I described and my medical records, couldn’t she see what needed to be prescribed?
