I was given a block of 6 sessions however they had gaps of up to 3 months between some of them and with the psychiatrists being changed halfway through. The second psychiatrist, on first meeting him, was over 40 minutes late (I was his first appointment of the day), got my name wrong and had not read my case files. I had to repeat everything I had previously told the first psychiatrist which was very upsetting. During these 6 sessions I was given 3 different possible diagnoses. I don't understand all the bad reviews I see here. Dr. Das was very kind and kept eye contact and was smiling throughout my appt., not as someone who was pleased to here my sad life story but as someone who was compassionate and obviously wanted to make me feel comfortable. Jess was also very nice. They both communicated their ideas and protocol they felt were appropriate for me. At the very least, I would highly recommend Dr. Das and Jess as being both competent and kind. I don't know about the rest of the staff and goings ... read more
