My psychiatrist was Dr.Das. He never looked up from his lap top the whole time I was there. Dismissive and approachable.
I was given a block of 6 sessions however they had gaps of up to 3 months between some of them and with the psychiatrists being changed halfway through. The second psychiatrist, on first meeting him, was over 40 minutes late (I was his first appointment of the day), got my name wrong and had not read my case files. I had to repeat everything I had previously told the first psychiatrist which was very upsetting. During these 6 sessions I was given 3 different possible diagnoses.
