I don't understand all the bad reviews I see here. Dr. Das was very kind and kept eye contact and was smiling throughout my appt., not as someone who was pleased to here my sad life story but as someone who was compassionate and obviously wanted to make me feel comfortable. Jess was also very nice. They both communicated their ideas and protocol they felt were appropriate for me. At the very least, I would highly recommend Dr. Das and Jess as being both competent and kind. I don't know about the rest of the staff and goings ... read more

Dr Das is appalling.. so rude, unprofessional, makes uninformed judgements, doesn't show any compassion or care. He should be struck off. I had to officially complain. Duty worker John far too laid back to the point of incompetent. Now I see Dr Schrader and he's brilliant, the only reason my review gained an extra star. Based on Dr Das would be zero stars.
