Had a broken pipe that we thankfully noticed quickly. Very efficient service, they arrived within an hour of me calling them and fixed everything up. Professional, great communication.

I had Josh and Louis come over to detect a leak under my Foundation and come to find out it was an outdoor valve I had that was stuck open for the broken pool leveler I felt pretty stupid after that but I'm definitely going to keep them in mind for the next time they show up and I'll have them fix it real problem

Highly recommend! Super responsive, very professional and experienced. Josh and Louie came the same day we called, provided us with a knowledgeable assessment and reasonable price. They showed up on time on the scheduled day to complete the work and even went out of their way (and back to Home Depot) to fix a related wiring issue. We will be recommending New Era to our friends and neighbors!

I called New Era because my shower drain was clogged. They answered immediately and Josh showed up to help me within less than 2 hours. He was very honest and helpful, gave me good tips on how to maintain the drain, and did not charge me any money. Thank you Josh for being so helpful and trustworthy, I will definitely call again for any of my plumbing needs.

Saw their truck by pure luck on a Sunday and they came out and fixed our leak. They went above and beyond to ensure that we were not without water and had the leak fixed for a fair price. I literally went from sobbing and feeling hopeless to laughing as they were leaving. Thank you guys so much for everything
