We recently discovered a water leak in our house and called New Era Plumbing after luckily finding them online. Louie immediately answered the phone on Sunday afternoon and arrived just a few hours later. He quickly diagnosed the source of the leaks and offered several possible solutions. Josh and Louie with New Era Plumbing absolutely saved the day after my house flooded. I originally had another company come out to jet wash the pipes and was told everything was cleared, but unfortunately the line to the main house was still clogged. Josh and Louie came out, took their time, properly inspected everything, and helped identify multiple issues that were missed — including the line still not being cleared and a belly in the street that involved the city. Fantastic plumbing service! Louie took his time explaining the issue and was incredibly knowledgeable. I really appreciated the helpful tips on preventing hair clogs in my drain-super useful! Excellent service from start to finish.
