Issues with Service: 1. Arrived 2.5 hours late - . The first call, they said 45 mins at 730. Then when I called them at 845 only to find out the truck broke down. I get that this sucks, but they were barely on the road for 10 minutes when it broke. And I had to call THEM to get an update. 2. Never wrapped ANYTHING! I assumed that since they were not wrapping anything BEFORE bringing stuff down 3 flights, they would have at least wrapped in the truck. Only to find, NONE of my things were wrapped. 3. After telling them NOT to touch/use the legs on the dressers since they aren't made for that, I watched them do it, and a leg broke off the large dresser. I watched them struggle to get it down the stairs, and since it was unwrapped, they kept hitting the dresser against the walls, as well as the drawers flying open hitting the walls. The dresser is now all scratched up . They also banged up the walls at my new place. Which I will now have to pay to fix. 4. I literally did twice as many trips as Nick. Nice young man, but should be a 3rd at best to wrap things etc. He is NOT built to move things and does NOT have efficiency. 5. The couch...I had to phone a friend after they tried unsuccessfully to get it out. This was 6. Professionalism - let's just say, me AND my friend felt bad for Nick. Mike was yelling at him the ENTIRE time and used more F Bombs than I have heard the entire year I lived in Boston! Our initial conversation...you promised me: 1. My guys are reliable. 2. My guys will be there at 8 sharp if not earlier. 3. My guys wrap things and get them out so quickly. 4. My guys are big and can take that couch out. "If it got in there, we can certainly get it out." Your words! 5. Less than 3 hours. No worries. Mike's email response: Yes but will refund it to you I'll send check to your address of Joyce so send me the address you want me to send the check to Mike has since avoided me now after 8 contacts via phone and text for my refund.

I will never use another moving company! They are so polite and professional. I was in a bind because another mover didn't show up but Mike sent his son the same day and they did such a great job! They saved the day!

Worst customer experience I have ever encountered. Being a business owner, I understand the customer comes first. This company clearly has no concept of that. It took me two hours to get an answer on why my scheduled moving time came and went with zero communication from Kings. I had to call three times to chase to get answers, only to find out the truck was stuck in the rain and they could not under any circumstances simply give me a new time slot for the day, even though the new time slot I requested was more than 5 hours away, the drivers just couldn't do it. Seriously??? After speaking with the driver/movers I called the office back to cancel, and could not get through on the line, so after three attempts I left a message I would no longer be using the service. I went with Kings because they were more affordable, but at the end of the day, I'll pay more for better customer service. I was actually told on the phone by Mike, that because my move was such a small job, other bigger moves take priority, and had to be done first. As if that warrants a company whose service provides "moving" that sets a time with a customer should mean "depending on the job, we may or may not honor the time window we set, oh and by the way, your business may or may not matter to us" I am extremely frustrated, wasted an entire morning of work waiting for delivery. Horrible customer service!!!!!!

We were very upset after our move as we had damaged furniture and grill, while we called to inform Mike of the damage, he told us they had been doing this for over 10 years without any damage and it was our fault. I watched them carry our grill by the shelves that had no support after my wife and I both told them not to. Now we have to replace both sides on it, not to mention a big dent in the front. My office desk had a huge chunk missing from the inside leg, which the movers set the broken piece against it so we didn’t notice and after I bumped my desk, it just fell off to expose the damage? What service, they try to hide their mistakes. I do not recommend them, as they will find every reason to blame it on you and they do not take responsibility of their damages.

Extremely professional workers and overal great service. Normally when you have someone working by the hour, they take their time to eat as much of your money as possible. The guys were quick and efficient and worth every penny!
