I’m the seller, they have delayed and defaulted on closing dates twice. Buyer’s LO which is with Kilburn & Warwick won’t even update buyer and let her know it’s a bust. Absolute worst lender to deal with! Run far from them!! Choose a bigger & more competent company!! Avoid them!!!!
My friend is waiting to close on her home as the seller and the buyer is going through this lender. They've said they will review this file every single day for over a week. If you need to close on time, I'd find an alternative local lender.
Probably the worst if not the worst lender I have ever worked with. Our property has been in escrow for two months and these guys don't even have loan approval. Its like pulling teeth trying to get updates from Josh Hancock. The fact that these guys cant even get loan approval in 2 months is not only crazy its sad and embarrassing. Josh Hancock and Kings mortgage is this typically how your company operates? Is this normal for you and your company? Seems like it to me? Sad Honestly.
This “company” is a complete scam. Massive solvency issues. Do yourself a favor and RUN from this organization. Don’t accept any offers from a buyer using them either. Multiple delays and cancelled contracts.
My experience with Kings Mortgage Service has been nothing short of a nightmare. I applied for a loan through them via a broker, and it turned out to be the most stressful process of my life. Communication was nearly non-existent, and when it did happen, it was incredibly confusing and contradictory. After weeks and weeks of back and forth, they withdrew their offer at the last minute without any explanation whatsoever. Very shady and unprofessional business.
