Horrible!! Read their reviews.. you will be severely disappointed!! And screwed.. I worked really hard to retire here. They took all our $$ thru constant price increases during the 2 yr delay from them. Now the payments are so high. I am a cashier at Walmart. And the house is garbage and worthless.
We purchased a home from their company in Greer , SC after it finally arrived ( well almost) they ran off the road and it was leaning against a tree about a 1/4 mile from our property. They replaced with what they say was a “better” one 3 months later. Neighbors were complaining because the wrecked one sat on the side of the road that long. Then the 2nd one they brought had a broken outside water spigot from hitting a stop sign and some broken vinyl siding.
