Horrible!! Read their reviews.. you will be severely disappointed!! And screwed.. I worked really hard to retire here. They took all our $$ thru constant price increases during the 2 yr delay from them. Now the payments are so high. I am a cashier at Walmart. And the house is garbage and worthless.
We purchased a home from their company in Greer , SC after it finally arrived ( well almost) they ran off the road and it was leaning against a tree about a 1/4 mile from our property. They replaced with what they say was a “better” one 3 months later. Neighbors were complaining because the wrecked one sat on the side of the road that long. Then the 2nd one they brought had a broken outside water spigot from hitting a stop sign and some broken vinyl siding. RecommendedCustomer Services is horrible. My Mom stopped by to inquire about a used mobile home that was on there lot and was told " it was sold and to Try Craigslist if she wants something used. " Very rudely by an employee.
I tried to refrain myself from writing this review because I know things happen, this has gone on long enough and with no answers! We purchased our mobile home from Kings in February of 2019 we FINALLY moved in a year later in January of 2020.. let me just cut to the chase and number the things wrong with this HORRIBLE company 1. Our home sat on property for months not touched 2. House is crooked, not leveled properly 3. They left sand and trash on property 4. Repairs not done STILL 5. DO NOT BUY A HOME FROM KINGS! *update 5/21 we are still not in our home. We can’t get a definite answer about anything out of anyone. All that is left for us to move in is finishing fixes and cleaning but who knows when that will actually happen. It’s funny that there’s a Clayton house right down the road from us that has only been there a couple of weeks and they are moving right along. The best & prettiest! Awesome salesman!
Absolutely amazing experience. Love our new home!!! Could not recomend them more. They were attentive to every detail for us. The whole staff is great and ready to help however they can. Special thanks to Neil, Ami, and Shelly.
They are shoddy and come incomplete. Never attached the septic or the A.C to the home. Damaged on the trip to it's new home also. Dont do it !!!!
