I visited this store today for the first time ever and have to say I experienced the most amazing customer service in any retail experience. I think the young lady that served me was Cass, apologise if that is not her name but her knowledge of product and her constant effort to make sure I ended up with the products I wanted was top level. Thank you so much. Certainly bear the competition with your service. I'll be back.
Kings ordered my new pegboard for me and they were professional and friendly I would highly recommend them because they are more like a old school hardware that we all grew up with a great place to deal with.
Paul who me helped me with lots of paint choices. He was very friendly and knew his job description very well, if you ever get helped by Paul be very lucky! He deserves a gift card for great costumer service!
