I have been a Worker's Comp patient there since April 2022. I have always been treated with respect and have had all of my questions answered. Mr. Nourlie and Mr. Morrell have always been kind and considerate. The Worker's Comp insurance carrier sometimes makes it very hard to get certain tests and procedures, but my providers have filed appeals and have received authorization for the procedures that I need. Horrible place. They say they will send medical records to my ltd and they never do. The grouchy women working there are so unprofessional and seem like they hate helping the patients. Never smile never greet the patients. Medical records person is always on “vacation” and the ladies at the front answering phones can never help in a professional way. It’s only right if someone can help the patients with a good attitude and actually have a medical records person.

This place is by far the most unprofessional place ever…they make u wait an hour after your appointment time all while they make u wait in another room only to bring u into a room so that the provider can go in order…this is the worst place ever the girls in the front ignore u while ur asking a question but have no issue jumping on their cell phone to send a text message
