Had an appointment at 12.00 after previously visiting 1 week earlier for severe neck/shoulder pain from farm work. Sat in waiting room for 45 minutes until I had to leave. They say they will call me for the consultation instead. I receive a six minute phone call later where the doctor recommends me to take panadol and nurafen which I have already been taking (at the maximum recommended per day) and is not reducing my pain enough. ​I had a wonderful experience at Kings Meadows Medical Centre for my recent appointment. Dr Trent Conroy was incredibly thorough, attentive, and kind. The support staff was professional, booking was a breeze, and the office was exceptionally clean. I felt well-cared for and valued as a patient. Five stars all around!

I would like to say that Dr. Rebecca Moore is a wonderful doctor — kind, professional, caring, and very responsive to emails. I always felt that she genuinely wanted to help her patients, and I truly appreciated her support and medical care. Unfortunately, my experience with the reception staff was the complete opposite. I found several staff members at the front desk unhelpful, dismissive, and unfriendly.
