Very high new manager is very rude and nosey rent.has went up every year it was 190 when moved In as of January 1 2021 260 a month we have City sewer and pay. Rent water lights and if ur on.fixed income I got 6 dollars raise and rent went Up 40 nothing. Good
Nice, quiet, family-oriented mobile home park. One occupant is a deputy sheriff. I have family members who have lived there 5+ years. Lovely place to live and raise children.
People are almost too nice.
Kinda private yet nice.
