The people that reside there are poor but there are facilities there to support these families and places where your kids can learn. I used to tutor there and the kids want to learn but they just need better care and more resources.
Stay away from this place. My niece rented here with her two kids for a year in 2018-2019, and the management is terrible. The management acts like the funds to fix stuff is coming directly from their pockets. Went in with my niece a few times because she was afraid to ask for stuff, and the woman who manages this place was rude and dismissive.
