I’m happy to see the improvements in the community as the visitors parking is finally available for people Cheryl and Stella are doing a wonderful job of cleaning up the community . I am glad to see them out on the streets continuing to improve our community! Also was nice to have the pantry again!
I have lived in Kings Manor for many years and never had no issues with any type of rules and I think is a great place to live now it's 2026 and we have newer rules concerning parking space many had to do with visitors parking I thank the new staff for taking care of the situation I think they been doing a good job in the park first with parking issues then with going around working on other types of situation that we needed fix
I normally don’t write reviews ,however the kindness these 2 woman showed me was overwhelming. Cheryll & Stella have went above and beyond for my dad and I. They made moving here easy, and comforting. They also made it easier for my father to park in visitors spots ,since 2 weeks ago you could never get a spot. Now it’s Open to visitors they way it should be. Thank you both!! 5 stars
Just wanted to comment on Kings Manor ther has been a lot of good things happening lately we finally have guest parking never before we also have a new repaired pool Stella and Sheryl in the office really seem to care about the property They are getting residents to finally clean up their yards garbage and general cleaning and fixing their homes Itlooks a lot better I am very pleased to see this happening It’s been a long time coming
As a resident I must say that the community has made a better improvement with visitors parking . It is so nice to see that our vistors have a place to park when they visit our community. The management team Sheryl and Stella are doing a great job.
