I want to start by saying that the majority of the residents at Kings Manor/Lakeshore are genuinely nice, respectful, and lovely people. This review is not about the residents as a whole — it is about the poor management and the declining condition of the community. I would not recommend Kings Manor/Lakeshore based on the current condition of the community and the lack of effective management. This place is infested by fleas!! Plenty of stray cats around. If towing can be enforced, then animal services should too
BEWARE OF VISITING KINGS MANOR ESTATES MHP IN LARGO, FL 33771 And I urge you to please contact the Better Business Bureau and your county officials like the Mayor. My car was towed yesterday April 16, 2026, at Kings Manor Estates MHP while momentarily visiting my friend who had just come home from the hospital.
