I'm not sure how kind the staff is because the person that answered the phone was rude. Incredibly rude. So much so, I just hung up and moved to the next on the list.
Although, my mother and I are in a waiting list, I can tell this staff are very kind and friendly. This people care for your well being even if is just for your application. I know that my mom and I are going to be at the right place to make our new home there.
