Great time and great service. We launched our own canoe without issue. Saw a bear on the property which was great.
This was a great experience. My husband and I tandem kayaked the full 8 mile trip. I definitely suggest at the beginning to go to the right and enjoy the beautiful water. When you head back to continue to the left beautiful as well a great balance of shade and sun. From mile marker 3-5 welcome to the best of Florida. Our guided kayak tour through King’s Landing was amazing!! My best friend and I were recommended by my parents and sister, and it did not disappoint! We booked the 8:30am Emerald Cut tour and our guide, Owen, was very knowledgeable of the area, its history, the nature in the river, the park, and the state of Florida overall. Crystal Clear springs 1 mile - good paddle upstream and easy float back...ready to do the nature side for 8.5 mile. Wish you had more than one pick up per day at 3:30 pm - perhaps you do.
My friend and I booked a sunset tour. The check in was smooth and the person behind the desk was super kind and friendly. She explained everything and handed us over to our guide Nigel. And there the fun started. First we got some instructions about the gear and some safety advice. After that, we the small group (10 persons) headed directly into the boats and on to the river.
