The new nail tech - Carla is horrible! She ruined my friend's nails by filing them too rough and too thin at the eges. She cut her twice with the drill, didn't use antiseptic on the cuts. Then she cut her under her nails and on her cuticles, bruised her nail bed on one finger, and left very visible ridges on her nails, she did not remove all of the gel polish she had on when she came into the salon. I’m a snowbird that desperately needed a root touch up and haircut. I read a lot of reviews on different salons. The reviews for this salon capture me. I have had a haircut, color and blowout. It turned out perfect. Gena did a great job. Asked me a lot if questions before she started. She was very sweet.
