I contemplated writing this today. This was my third time eating here and I’m sure it’s my last. Tuesday morning, decided to take my grands for breakfast, drove from columbia, got there and we were the only sitting customers in the restaurant the entire time. Simple order, pancakes, bacon and eggs x2, sampler platter, 6 wingettes, French toast eggs and bacon. Waited 45 minutes or more. I urge you to patronize King's Kitchen if you are far or near. Chef Demonta is awesome! Great family restaurant with fantastic food choices! Excellent Service!
I was excited but a little let down for my first visit. I ordered the oxtail hash. Originally they forget the egg but they apologized and quickly corrected the error. The oxtail itself was good and tender but the potatoes were scorched and there was a lot of oil on the veggies. I didn't finish it all because the burnt taste became too much. Also I wanted a crossaint and they were out just shortly after noon. Good customer service though so I'd try again but avoid that dish.
Their food tastes JUST as good as their photos look. It’s been haunting my timeline for days so I decided to make the 30 minute drive to try it. Absolutely worth it!!! I didn’t take the best photos because I was too eager to eat, but sooo so good. I will absolutely be back! Aside from the food, the customer service was great the minute I walked in the door. I appreciated the friendliness and cleanliness.
