KINGS JEWELLERS IS AMAZING!!! I decided to try kings jewelers for the first time I had brought in 2 heirloom rings (NOT from kings) One from my mother, and one thats over 150 years old. I told them how much these rings mean to me, and this lovely woman (didn't catch her name) was so kind, cleaned uo the gems and complimented them so much! I am extremely unimpressed, I brought in a cross and chain to their goldsmith to have the bale on the cross made bigger. Apparently he couldn’t make the bale bigger due to the diamonds in the cross. Whether or not that’s true, his solution was to cut off the end of my chain and shove the cross onto a chain it doesn’t fit on or maybe he blunt forced it onto the chain, either of which resulted in my chain being mangled.
