Spent a night with my family on our way to Philadelphia. We chose King’s Inn because it was the closest budget Motel with decent rating on Booking.com I honestly do not understand all the bad reviews I saw on Google. Yes, the Motel it’s a bit old and a few things can be improved, but we had absolutely no problems that affected our stay. Staff is super friendly and caring, and the rooms were clean. I give it a 1 star because I can’t give them a 0. Upon entering the room It smelled cleaned. But the longer I stayed the more I noticed that it was a very surface cleaning that they had done. The bed sheets had blonde and red hair all over, they had stains, they did not wash them at all only made the bed to make it seem like it was “clean.” The toilet had pee stains on it. & overall I felt very itchy being here. The lock on the door didn’t work. And the carpet was disgusting.
