You have to realize there are 2 sides to this clinic a private dr side on the right and urgent care/workmans comp side on the left....never had an issue...front desk staff for workmans comp has always been nice back office med asst have been nice...Alex PA in the back isn't outgoing but thats his personality...hes.just not a.friendly kind of person...seems rude...but hes not really just always serious......they get really busy because of unexpected work injuries so appts get pushed back..so thats not their fault...im actuall... read more
Came here with my DOT drug test paper work and they were dumb founded . After 45 minutes of waiting, they told me I needed to get authorization from my work so I finally got that situated still sitting in the waiting room needing to go to the bathroom for the drug test and everybody came in after me is already gone, I’m still waiting, but they suck, no compassion for nothing like, let me just put my name on it and then you can deal with it later but no
I was seen for multiple injuries in 2019, and had several that weren't diagnosed until later after the Dr. simply injected me with a temporary solution. Along with several clerical errors that were time consuming. I wouldn't recommend this Medical Center.
From my oponion, theres ALOT of people that get seen here. But staff moves as quick to try and get you out as soon as possible. Overall staff will give you their undivided attention, get you in and out as quickly and efficiently as possible all while being nice and courteous.
