As soon as you walk in you’re greeted with ugly attitudes. Useless staff in the front. Why work if you’re gonna have a nasty attitude
Absolutely horrible place receptionists need to be replaced so rude and unprofessional.
Believe me, the only reason I’m giving five star is because of Dr. Eric Sorensen. The receptionist that I talk to on the phone was rude she thought she knew everything I just don’t understand why they have to be so rude to people and then when I called back to talk to the manager then I was scheduled for an appointment. Dr. Sorensen is wonderful I will always go back to him.

Initially, I was explaining the Health form to the provider Alex Herrera at which he told me "We don't just give out signatures here, and apparently you've been denied" I gave the provider a bewildered look and explained that the form in question is the assessment. At which time he stood up and told me "leave go elsewhere". Mind you after I've been in the waiting room since 0800 hrs., went to the nearest ATM and withdrew cash, and returned to the office. I'm grateful I got my money back. POOR BEDSIDE MANNER.
