When the new 2026 Passport Trail sport was coming out I started shopping around. No other dealer sales associate helped me the way Alia Robinson did! She was in contact with me giving updates on a regular basis. Extremely helpful, knowledgeable, professional and an absolute pleasure to deal with! Bonnie in service is extremely rude. This was my first time at a dealership for a service and admittedly I was fairly unprepared, however, Bonnie spoke to me like I was a child and made me feel stupid, there was not a moment during my appointment that she was pleasant to speak to and to top everything off at the end of my appointment I felt ushered to leave as a couple of people came in that she clearly knew personally.
