Whatever you do. ..do not buy from these people. ..they lied to us every time we talked to them..it took a year to put up a modular home on a basement..after it not being complete six months after we started he offered excuse after excuse on why it wasn't done..we gave them an extra $2000 dollars to take care of all fees and permits...we ended up still having to chase down inspectors and get permits ourselves. ..my yard us a train wreck..my driveway is washing out...and no telling what else will happen...WHATEVER YOU DO DO N... read more
