If I could give less than 1 star I would. Was employed as a “salaried” employee (RN). When I resigned they said that I was on a point system and I didn’t reach my points for my last two weeks of employment so my pay was half of what it usually was. Also their mileage pay is a good 20 cents or more less than other agencies in the area. I would rather be unemployed and live on the street than to ever work there again. If you are an RN/ LPN and looking for a job as a home health nurse, I would avoid this company like the plague... read more

Since new office management has taken over; the work environment has changed drastically. Not only is the DON caring and understands what it is like to be in the field and drowning in paperwork, she is more then willing to help in any way possible. The office staff go out of their way to ensure you have all of the tools necessary to complete your assigned duties in their entirety and accurately. The owner of the company is very personable.
