The audacity that this place has. They left lost of weird looking brown spots on my car, and said they were scratches from other cars. I know for a FACT that they were not there before. Also, they said that I couldn't get it out with my fingers or else " I would scratch it more" which is a complete lie. I got some of it out super easily. They asked for 3 hrs of my time and 200 dollars to clean it up. Also, they left bits of black paint on my car and said they were scratches also. They barely cleaned my car anyway. I should of read the negative reviews before going here. They are scam artists, everything nothing is straight forward told me one price, when picking up the car they added services and I did not need or asked for. The manager and owner are horrible, prices same as dealership, at least dealership offer you a loaner for bigger jobs..
Beware nothing quality about this business! Went there to have my Air conditioner repaired and had to bring my vehicle back three days in a row. Every time the owner told me I needed a different part and kept giving me different excuses as to why they couldn’t get it fixed to cover up their incompetence. This kept raising the price of the job! The last excuse was that an incorrect part was sent to them and I would have to bring my car back a fourth time! 02/05/25 Brought in my daughter’s vehicle for an inspection, staff was professional & courteous. As I waited a few women came if for service & staff treated them well, would have no problem letting my daughter bring her vehicle in on her own Also no vehicle leaves with out an exterior car wash.
