My father was always unkept even though I pay to have his hair done. The day my father was taken to the ER he was bruised as if he had gotten beat and never recover. He died 4 days later.

I find the staff to be very qualified at their assigned duties, and my mom becoming more comfortable being around them considering her condition. I realize the staff,doctors and nurses all have a difficult job. They all perform well. God bless you all.

My Dad is there and it looked very clean and he looked very well taken care of.. Staff was very friendly.

IT'S THE BEST PLACE TO B EVEN IF U JUST RECOVERING. AND IF I EVER NEED TO B A RESIDENT THIS IS THE PLACE TO B. THE BEST STAFF OF ANY WHERE IN THE BRONX, I WAS FORTUNATE ENOUGH TO GO THERE FOR MY RECOVERY FROM A HEART ATTACK & AMPUTATION I WAS TREATED WITH CARE AND RESPECT, I WAS GIVEN BACK MYSELF RESPECT & DIGNITY. THANK U TO EVERY STAFF MEMBER AT KINGS HARBOR, BUT MOST OF ALL 2 EAST THANKS LADIES & GENTLEMAN! GOD BLESS!!!

Leaving my mom again tares at my heart as she wanted to come home with me. The only consolation was that she's in good hands - better than mine as she's cared for 24/7. My big thanks to Ms. Leah, Ms. Chris, Ms. Martin, Ms. Kossanto, Mr. Pressume', Mr. Duah, Ms. Duah, last but not least Ms. Barker and the rest of the staff from the security guards to the maintenance dept., and everyone who works so hard at Manor 2 and care so lovingly for all the residents. My heartfelt thanks!!!!! See you all in September!!!
