This is a well equipped gym with serious trainers. I feel some of the members of staff let the gym down. Today I tripped over lots of weights left on the floor and had to unrack a few machines of 80 kilos before I could use them. Had a staff member walk up to me with no introduction demanding to know if I 'checked in' and what my name was. When I asked why he didn't introduce himself as a staff member he told me to ''calm down''

Staff completely unprepared. There was an incident where my car was hit, and when I tried to speak with a staff member named Conal, he was extremely arrogant and disrespectful in his tone and the way he handled the conversation. In addition, there have been other issues at King’s Gym that also show a lack of preparedness in dealing with clients. The gym itself is excellent and has great potential, but the team urgently needs proper training and guidance to provide the level of service that is expected.

Kings Gym has good facilities, but unfortunately the staff demonstrates little technical knowledge and is not prepared to deal with clients. The customer service is often rude and arrogant, treating people with disdain, which shows a lack of professionalism and respect. Additionally, there are several other irregularities within the gym, which further compromise the customer experience. It’s unfortunate to see that, despite having good facilities, the level of service provided leaves a lot to be desired.
